Creating a marketing website and booking experience.


Great Wolf Lodge is the largest family of indoor waterparks with hotels, with over 13 waterparks across the U.S. and Canada. The ask from Great Wolf Lodge was to redesign their marketing website. 



Great Wolf Lodge was looking to create a new site that showcased all the experiences that a customer could engage with at the hotel and waterpark. The site also needed to implement conversion and usability best practices for their online ordering and reservation system. 



The Genuine team created a storytelling experience on the homepage that lead the user visually down the path of everything they could do at a Great Wolf Lodge location.
